ALMASIKA stems from ALMASI the Swahili word for diamond and SIKA, meaning gold, in numerous West African languages. The fusion of ALMASI and SIKA, ALMASIKA, evokes strength; the two natural treasures are intrinsically linked to the continent, the two join to form a symbiosis of beauty. We debuted in the legendary collete Paris concept store in 2014, with our first collection, the now iconic Le Cauri Endiamante; a reinterpretation in gold and diamonds of the cowrie shell. Our unique homage to this ancestral symbol of spirituality, immediately garnered global press, along with the attention of tastemakers around the world. We pride ourselves in creating unique and distinctive designs, that come to life in the hands of master craftsmen. Our jewelry is made using 18K gold. All our diamonds are 100% natural and conflict-free. Rooted in art, design & culture, ALMASIKA sits at the meeting point of a thousand influences. We embrace the traditions of the wider world to create sculptural jewelry inspired by the universal symbols, shapes and stories that transcend cultural boundaries. Softness and curves are a signature, echoing the lines of the body. Necklaces undulate delicately, bracelets twine, earrings nestle. The pieces come to life on contact with the body, and are designed to take you through the day and into the evening. Contemplation, reflection, and discussion form the triple foundation of the ALMASIKA approach. From architects and art historians to engineers and artisans, cultural craftspeople act both as interlocutors and sources of inspiration, setting in motion an artistic and intellectual dialogue. Each has contributed to the genesis of the house's powerful contemporary jewelry.

Dr. Isfahan Chambers-Harris was born to revolutionize the hair care industry. With a background in Bio-Medical Sciences and a passion for healthy hair, she combined her skills and knowledge into the creation of Alodia. This innovative line will take black-owned hair products to the next level. Alodia is the result of Dr. Chambers-Harris’ hair journey, which began several years ago. Suffering from damage, breakage, and dryness, Dr. Chambers-Harris decided to go natural. During the transition stage, she started crafting products in her kitchen. These products helped to grow, nourish, and condition her multi-textured hair. After testing her products, she saw the amazing results achieved with her hair. Chambers-Harris knew she was onto something. She decided to bring her formulations to the masses with the launch of Alodia. This brand focuses on scalp health, as the founder lends her medical background to the formulation in order to ensure penatration and rejuvenation.
I started Aloha Glamour to fill a void when my daughter, Lauren Taylor, was born and shortly thereafter died while I was stationed in Hawaii in 2015. To be perfectly honest, everything I saw was in black and white for a long time after my loss. When I finally started to see a glimpse of color again, I started my business. I initially started Aloha Glamour to keep her memory alive, but it is more than African and Hawaiian apparel to me. Aloha Glamour is a lifestyle movement that promotes women loving themselves wholeheartedly. We are a community of women that empower others to use find and use their voice to turn their tragedies into triumphs and their mess into a message which enables them to build from the inside out...seeing and LIVING in color again.
What started off with the intention of a one-time, limited collaboration quickly became so much more thanks to the overwhelming love and support from you, our OG followers. In what felt like the blink of an eye, the vision of building a long-term brand was sparked. With persistence, dedication and encouragement, the Alori Collection was born. Alo and Riply’s combined experiences, knowledge and backgrounds within the beauty community and makeup industry quickly became the burning fuel behind the brand, the intense passion to create the best quality and most practical products. Alori's promise has always been to teach along the way. Showing beginners and artists alike that it’s not necessary to have runway level skills in order to achieve incredible looks or feel good in their own skin. It’s about the tools, the design and the infinite ways you can use brushes for a unique and personal experience. We firmly believe makeup is an outlet; there are no rights or wrongs and that should be the case with the tools you use. Our mission is to revolutionize and encourage users to experiment with how versatile brushes can truly be, alongside putting an end to procrastination by turning the task of cleaning brushes from a chore into a delightfully fresh experience. Riply introduced scented cleanses to keep cleaning brushes fun and enjoyable. Every product on the market is available in various scents; from dish soap to hair spray, scents are a huge factor in what makes a product a personal favorite. As a consumer, Riply longed for this element within a brush cleanse as well. Her unstoppable love for goat’s milk combined with her extensive years of expertise in making her own bath products and cleansers, the original Goat’s Milk Brush Cleanse was born. Alori is now the first brand to offer a wide variety of permanent and limited edition sulfate-free solid scented brush cleanses in cruelty-free and vegan formulas that not only smell amazing, but work effortlessly. Thanks to you, our supporters, we have the opportunity to continue to grow and keep our dream alive. We have so many exciting things lined up for the future, we cannot wait to take you on this journey with us. From the bottom of our heart, from the entire Alori Collection family to yours, thank you!
