Well Fed Apothecary is a women-owned and operated small business curated and created by Wilnise Francois. She belives the hand of women within healing, is a sacred source; that is the foundation throughout communities she tries to reach. Wilnise Francois is a Haitian-American Licensed Nurse and Herbalist that has worked in the allopathic modality of healing for over a decade. Working alongside physicians and caretakers alike facilitating wellness to those across the life span. Her role as an herbalist expanded with the personal need and integration of herbal medicines from her coveted traditional Haitian practices and studies in Western herbalism. As a community herbalist, she is working to revolutionize the cultural affinity of our plant friends through our relationships with the earth and stars. Her aim is to integrate the very love our herbs show us and implement that essence into our daily lives; creating a lifestyle of health and wellness. Herbalism and its cultural influence on Wilnise as a first-generation Haitian American shapes the healing modality she follows today, a blend of western folk medicine making to rooted ancestral herbal maji. Well Fed Apothecary is an e-commerce site immersing the use of herbal preparations and wellbeing. Bridging the gap between scared indigenous knowledge and the modernized technological functionality of our world. The goal is to expand community outreach through sacred plant medicine. Outsourcing through local communities and across the Caribbean; building sustainable jobs of farming and cultivating crop for healing. Reaching an audience that not only engages but is accessible to wellness is a hurdle she tries to overcome. “ We see the need for healing within spaces that we have not always seen. Wives, mothers and best friends. We’ve been together since 2008 and from Day 1 for Tami, it was love at first sight. For Selima, it was probably around Day 23. We’re truly partners in all things, life and business. It hasn't always been easy, but it sure has been a fun adventure. We’re committed to walking this path with one another and show up as our best selves everyday. Our intention to our commitment keeps us accountable to one another and we couldn’t imagine life any other way.

Simone Bridges is an award-winning celebrity chef, author, and speaker. She is celebrated for her unique twist on traditional desserts and her work in increasing science, technology, reading, engineering, arts, and mathematics (STREAM) education using culinary concepts. She teaches STREAM concepts through her fun-filled, hands-on cooking classes. Simone founded Goddess Food Factory in 2017 and her delicious pastries have received raving reviews by celebrities and master chefs from around the globe. Additionally, she has graced the cover of several magazines for her work in increasing STEM/STREAM education, created the #1 educational baking kit for kids, and speaks to youth everywhere about embracing their inner superpowers. Simone’s talents and personality placed her as a special guest on Steve Harvey’s talk show, “Steve” and she’s one of ten kids who are a part of LeBron James “Always Believe” campaign. She’s appeared on several news outlets such as WJXT’s Good Morning Jacksonville, River City Live, and Good Day DC. She’s been featured on three Smile of a Child commercials via Trinity Baptist Network and two episodes of Wonderama. Simone is also a main cast member on BYUTV's new feel-good show, Operation Awesome which airs every Wednesday at 8:00 PM EST. Additionally, this young mogul is a regular keynote speaker at the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA). As a STREAM and youth advocate, she serves her community and youth all over the world by providing education on topics such as culinary basics, STREAM, and kidpreneurship. Simone shares her passions with others and continues to empower and grow youth STREAM entrepreneurs through her nonprofit organization, Simone Bridges Inspires, Inc. She continues to be the change she wants to see in the world by spreading positivity and creating an impact wherever she goes.

Siaba Tumoe became a first time mum in early 2015. Like many new mothers, her decision to breastfeed didn’t start off as plain sailing. In fact it was a very stressful period. Luckily for her, her mother decided to research foods that aid the production of breast milk and she began to incorporate them into her home cooking. With her new lactogenic diet and plenty of family support, she was able to over came the bumpy start. ?Siaba’s fascination with Lactogenic foods grew the more she researched them and she began making smoothies with the ingredients which were quick and convenient for a busy new mum. When a breastfeeding friend asked to try her smoothies, Siaba obliged. A week later she received a message saying “These smoothies are amazing, all breastfeeding mums should try them!” ?As they say, the rest is history. Our Mission. To help women breastfeed for as long as they want to by making delicious lactogenic food easily accessible.

Teas have been a HUGE part of my healing journey. Tea to a Flame was started in the middle of the COVID-19 Pandemic. After spending so much time inside with little to no distractions, I acquired an urge to tap into my true sense of self. We strongly believe that everyone has the ability to connect with their selves and it all starts with our connection to our 5 senses. Sensory stimulation is the most fundamental way to cultivate any sensation you wish to feel.
