Those words were the only things I wrote down on my therapy homework. Anyone who goes to/has gone to therapy knows how intense it can be. Some are digging up issues they’ve suppressed(hell,even completely forgot about) & facing them. Ew. Some are dealing with present stressors. Ugh. I’m on both planes here. In January of 2018,we talked about outlets. What do I do to focus the energy I feel when waves anxiety & depression are creeping up. Turns out,I didn’t have the best ways of coping. We spent the next 3 sessions focused on that. I’ve always been creative. I was a creative that was limited. Limited by self doubt. Will this project turn out right? Can I master this quickly so it’s acceptable by some type of standard? I’m a hairstylist by trade & love it but not all clients are comfortable with wearing fantasy hair colors to work. “Still. Stuck. Will never get anywhere.” She eventually suggested painting. I can’t draw at all. I damn sure can’t afford art training. “But have you tried painting just to try it or have you blocked it because you don’t think you can do what you’ve seen in stores or museums?” Mid November of 2018,I made my first purchase of paints with one intention: create for me.

CheeseComputer™ is an online accessories store based in Oakland, California. It is the first store created by Squares United LLC., a partnership of four brothers. The store originally started off with computer gaming mice and computer protection accessories. As the founders put their heads together to envision a re-brand, the brothers knew that they wanted to come up with something innovative that would deliver useful products to people and would also bring them joy. After much time and many trials of witty humor and cheesy puns, the new CheeseComputer™ was born.
