My name is Shawnda Harper I'm an exceptional education teacher, mixed media artist, and mental health professional with a degree in psychology based in Richmond, Virginia. I am fortunate to be able to do all of the things I am passionate about on a daily basis. My life is one of art and service. I strive to use my creativity to inspire others and encourage them to see the positive effect that creating can have on their mood and overall well-being.

Hi, I'm Jemima I'm originally from Lagos, Nigeria but currently living in the USA. I have always loved making things with my hands maybe because I grew up watching my mum who is a literal 'Jill of all trades' both of handicrafts and other trades. She did everything from hat-making, jewelry making, beaded jewelry and purses, sewing, catering and baking as part of her business and this ia just the stuff I remember. I was taught/discovered the art of crochet at a young age but let it fall by the wayside. I returned to crochet after college because I'd wanted to give someone a personalized gift that I'd put time and effort into. From there I fell in love with pursemaking and the endless possibilities crochet and crafting offers. I now knit, design and make jewelry, weave, embroider, and macrame in addition to crochet and I plan to learn more. This shop is some of the things I've designed and/or made. Every item listed in my shop or in my Instagram is open for custom orders unless explicitly stated.

Here is our story and how we are building our business, Just imagine two sisters who have a vision for a business but not talking to each other because of misunderstanding because there is no communication between the two but just assumptions. Something brings them back together to help rebuild their sister relationship and they move forward with rebuilding their relationship and building a business. Understanding that building a business and rebuilding their sister relationship is all one. Melanated Eden is our baby and we want to share our baby with you. We are growing our business and our relationship. We appreciate each and ever customer. We appreciate each family member, friend and person we meet on the street. Without you this would not be possible.

Looking for new crafts to break into Diana stumbled into decoden style phone cases. With a background in studies in the Japanese language and culture she fell in love with the complex style. At this time, her younger sister Sasha was learning to sew as a hobby. The sisters decided to work together and make a cool accessory shop together. While working with a sibling has it’s ups and downs they are a team and will continue to work together to make The Colour polka dot a successful business.

Our fine fragrance oils are made of both natural and man-made ingredients and are free of phthalates, parabens, and are non-toxic. We use a minuscule amount of man-made ingredients only to protect the earth from the over-harvesting of endangered plants, to avoid animal products, and to protect against known natural allergens. Providing environmentally-mindful candles that do not contain toxic ingredients (whether harvested or made) that could pollute the earth or harm one's body by use.

QXP Shop began back in January of 2015. Originally named Que Xopa Panama Shop, as we only sold Panamanian flag related beaded jewelry and Tembleques. Soon we began adding flags from around the world, changed our product lines and even shortened our name to QXP Shop. The same passion we have for our heritage we love to see that same passion in others. That love is what drives us!
