Shae Shea LLC is a small bath and body business based out of New Orleans, LA. I started Shae Shea when I began making soap for myself. I found that commercial soaps on the market contained harsh detergents and ingredients that my sensitive skin couldn't tolerate. I noticed that my eczema and allergies were greatly reduced when I used simple but quality ingredient products. Over time Shae Shea was born and I began making soaps, candles, lip balms, and other products that I frequently enjoyed using. I make almost every product on the site by hand (with a few extra accessories). I offer products for people with allergies and special requests as well.

Life is never meant to be ashy. If you’re like me, you grew up using lotion & Vaseline. These were staples all throughout my childhood and even in my early adult years. I remember one summer I put Vaseline on my legs and I came home smelling like bbq because the sun had cooked me 😩 You get a little older, you’re finding other products that work for you and then you stumble on the Holy Grail. For me, that was Shea butter. At first, it was hobby.. a favor I made for my birthday party. Then I started getting “Hey, can you make some more?” messages and I’m like “You can literally do this yourself.” I didn’t even take this serious at first. I happened to meet a random guy who tells me I should do this and here we are. This market is thick and the competition is wild, but I love it. I enjoy what I do and this journey is amazing, you hear me? Thank you for being here, thank you for thinking of me. I’m just a lil black girl from the west side of Charlotte trynna make it. History of Silently Adorable Hair Llc. Established under a Nevada business license in February 2018. I left behind machine-made bulk-sized bath products and created my own. Fewer ingredients, but quality and beneficial. Bigger bars made by hand in small batches. Cut, packed, and labeled by hand. All where my children can learn the inside and outside of running a small business. In my line of business we are extremely proud of our creations no matter the outcome. Some of what we see as failures become our best sellers.

Do you remember microbeads? Use to be in body washes, small tiny plastic beads that would not dissolve. Which is soo harmful for the ecosystem putting aquatic life at risk! Luckily microbeads are banned now thanks to the 2015 Microbead Free Act. Just because we dont see it everyday doesnt mean its not happening. Microplastic has been entering bodies of water at an alarming rate. So I use biodegradable plant based glitter (or mica) to bring the beauty of cruelty free life into your bath experience 🐠 I use ecofriendly glitter as an example to show how EASY it is to look for an alternative solution for major issues.
