From this place, Feathers And Wings was formed; existing to display beauty, grace and simplicity through a creative medium. Feathers And Wings is a jewellery studio based in London, UK specialising in fine jewellery and demi-fine jewellery. Handcrafted solely by metalsmith and maker Jane Bannor, Jane creates sustainable and ethical pieces of jewellery for her customers using recycled gold, recycled silver and gold-fill. The style is bohemian luxe with a touch of minimalism and she creates these pieces with the bohème, conscious woman in mind. Her belief is that true beauty lies within, aside from today’s cultural strive for perfection; that it lies in life’s precious and unique moments. It is here that her inspiration is found, from the moments in life we each create. Feathers And Wings is not just just another jewellery brand, but a community built on individual women making conscious choices to purchase jewellery that is both ethically made and consciously crafted, following each of them along their life’s journey and making each day more memorable.

After an impactful time in the Himalayan mountains, creator Annalay Ajooway-Tingling, came to see the beauty and power involved in the journey of pursuing one's passions, dreams, and aspirations. She realized that no dream is too big of a dream! By Annalay was created to strongly inspire you to go towards your dreams and, goals as well as manifest the things that make you feel special and powerful. Produced in Toronto, Canada, By Annalay focuses their products on the women who want it all and accepts that the journey is just as important as the destination - also, she is set on looking and feeling her best on that journey!

Hi, I’m Michelle. I graduated in Graphic Designer and later Furniture/3D design (WMCP) from The University of Brighton, I’m also one half of Established 25(Vingt-Cinq). After spending 15 years working in the design industry for world class architectural practices such as Grimshaw in London and Branding Agencies, we decided to pursue our passion for all things design with the creation of Established 25. I look after Established 25 Atelier which is a homeware and fashion accessories boutique that combines contemporary design with quality craftsmanship with a nod to our Afro-Caribbean heritage. We are committed to a zero waste approach with our products designed and sourced predominately in the UK. We use mainly factory end of lines or dead stock resulting in many limited-edition pieces. Birthed in October 2019 by Michelle Adepoju, KÍLÉNTÁR is an independent womenswear brand with a fiercely feminine aesthetic and a vision for sustainable elegance. KÍLÉNTÁR translated means, ‘What are you selling?’ in Yoruba – a nod to the marketplace culture that supports artisans of all types. Inspired by her British and Nigerian upbringing Michelle Adepoju uses a mix of culture from both worlds and molds them into creating statement pieces for women. KÍLÉNTÁR works closely with female artisans in Nigeria to create hand woven, and hand dyed materials for some of their pieces. From Aso Oke, to Adiré each material is uniquely and carefully made to the requirements of KÍLÉNTÁR mainly by female artisans. Our sustainable ethos means we aim to limit wastage at each level of our supply chain, repurpose any textile scraps and donate when possible.

Jean Pierre Nugloze has brought his unique international sensibility to fashion since 1995. His training as a tailor began in Lomé, Togo at Nides Creation Haute Couture and Venus Couture. He apprenticed under Classique Couture Chez Yve. His fine works of clothing have been sold in several West African countries and are popular with his growing clientele in Portland and on the West Coast. He designed and created traditional outfits for the fashion show at the Portland Pan African Festival 2017. About the name. N’kossi has roots in several African languages, including Zulu, Swahili and Lingala. Spellings vary, but the meanings are similar: N’kossi can mean lion, ferocious animal, village leader, king, all-powerful being, or strong man. It is also the name of the former mascot of the boutique.

Kamelah Adams, referred to as Mimi by close friends and family, is a NE Portland Ore. native, raised in the historic Albina district, a community rich with the people and voices of the city’s Black heritage. Kamelah is active in her community by volunteering to better the educational outcomes of all students and coordinating community engagement events at local schools. While working as PTA Vice President for Racial Equality and Inclusion, she became increasingly aware of the systemic effects on children of color, especially black boys. She saw the need for more social justice based conversations and realized people can start these by wearing their beliefs on their shirts, which led her to create Mimi’s Fresh Tees, LLC in 2018. Since the company’s inception, people have increasingly wanted to make sure others know who they are and where they stand, without uttering a word.

Tony Iyke, who currently resides in Portland Oregon, grew up in Nigeria where he learned the profession of design and tailoring from his mentor and mother, Rose, whome he named his fashion label Designs by THOR (The House of Rose). Tony has always had a passion for designing and creating unique hand-crafted pieces that are both classy and distinguished, and last the test of time as such. He prides himself in his attention to detail and customer satisfaction.

In 2016 I decided to live my creative dreams. I am located in southeast Portland inside CARGO shop 81 SE YAMHILL ST. My desire to create comes from a desire to live a more creative life. I decided to take a leap of faith and spend more time seeking ways to make my work life more meaningful and to be more intentional in my creative endeavors. After 20-plus years working in the Aging/Gerontology field and finishing graduate school, I started to imagine new possibilities in my mind's eye. parker + simonne designs is a step towards living a more authentic, engaged life. In 2012, after my daughter ParkerSimonne was born, I started to teach myself to sew. It takes a lot of practice. I am committed to the art of sewing, designing and 'making’, in general. Sewing is an art form, and how I choose to share my growth, creativity and imagination. My inspiration is rooted in a love of world travel, global textiles and the need to find comfortable and colorful clothes that can work for any BODY type. Tops & Tunics and even the kimono aesthetic, are, I believe, a staple for any wardrobe. I hope you find something you like in what I create. I am always open to ideas and collaborations.
