Kentucky Creative Co

Women Owned, Free Shipping, Family Owned
Hey, y’all! We are a young Kentucky couple, both born and raised. We are the parents of two young boys and vow to work hard to make sure we can provide for them. We started this small T-shirt shop as a way for us to work and grow together, but also be able to spend time with our children. We pride ourselves in making others happy and it really shows with the amount of dedication we put into our work. We are both perfectionists and would be grateful if you would give our small store a chance; whether that be buying or simply sharing the link to our store or social media pages. We hope the journey with our store can help us connect with fellow Kentuckians within the state and around the U.S. Thank you for taking the time to visit our page. It means more than you could imagine. Warm regards, Caleb and Maranda

I am a water colorist and athleisure wear designer. My journey is unconventional, to say the least. I am very sensitive to energy and emotions of people, energy of places or energy of objects. Some people may refer to it as being an Empath. For the longest time, I had no idea this was something out of the norm. I thought everyone could feel and experience people and places on the same level as I experienced them. As I got older, my experiences became more intense. It was very difficult for me to hide or run away from it. So, I prayed to God for wisdom and guidance. God told me to paint. I thought it was absurd. I hadn’t attended art classes since middle school. However, I did it. After sharing my artwork via social media, I began to receive sale requests and requests for commissioned art. That was when Farever Art was born. My painting technique and process is unconventional. I paint based on how I feel about a particular subject. All of my paintings are based on the energy of a person, place or object. I close my eyes and meditate on a subject. I paint with my eyes closed or I may gaze without focusing on the paper and paint. I don’t judge my art. I just create it. This is my precipitation, interpretation and vision of a subject. I am also a 200hr RYT and Barre Instructor. I created an athleisure wear clothing line. This line transforms positive energetic painting and designs into wearable art.

digitalKENTE combines modern craft and ancestral patterns to create one-of-a-kind surface designs for people as vibrant as their color choices. We use the power of graphic design to re-mix indigenous textiles from melanin-rich cultures around the world. Our bold digital tapestries are multi-dimensional, culturally aware, and unapologetically colorful. Inside www.digitalkenteshop.com we have a select set of prints that we apply to seasonal products created for your day-to-day city life or your international adventures. Printed on high quality fabric, our scarves can be easily folded and fit inside a purse or travel bag. Leggings are for your fashion forward workout or to complete your eclectic ensemble for going out. digitalKENTE textiles are for the woman who is not afraid of commanding attention. Tiana Denine Harris launched digitalKENTE in 2012 through the www.see.me exhibit titled "Art Takes Times Square" in New York City. After living in Southeast Asia for two years and being amazed by the vastness of dark skin in this region, Tiana began to explore the juxtaposition of colors and shapes found in indigenous hand-made textiles. Inspired by the creativity of people of color through out the world, Tiana began to re-imagine West African textile patterns to create a new kind of kente: a digitalKENTE. Now, the brand is poised to create more unique surface designs printed on functional fashionable products. We would also like to collaborate with you! To inquire on how we can work together to create refreshing surface designs and products please visit us at digitalkente.com or send a note to info@digitalkente.com.

Rebourne Body + Home

Health & Beauty, Bath & Body, Other, Hair & Headwear, Haircare, Shampoo, Hair growth/repair, Fashion, Clothing, Tees, Women’s, Entertainment & Toys, Books
Women Owned, Free Shipping, Natural
After a burn accident in 2016, the founder found herself in her home in Edgewater, NJ for weeks on end with doctors orders to stay out of direct sunlight. With nerve damage to her legs, learning to walk normal again and scars over 60% of her body she didn't know how to go back to living her life as she once knew it. The accident affected her work and social life more than she'd expected. During this time she realized she would have to find a new way to live her life because her old life was gone. Coming to this realization made her naturally feel defeated at first. After spending an ample amount of time home, she began to become more creative then she'd ever been. She started doing things like painting, writing music and making candles as tactics to soothe her anxiety, ease her mind and keep herself from being depressed by all of the changes that had occurred. Once she began making candles she fell in love. She no longer felt like she was missing work or being outside socializing. She just kept creating from there. From candles to lotions, from lotions to soaps, etc. She found peace in creativity. From there she was able to rehab herself mentally in order to start her life over. She knew her mind would need to be in a certain space in order to heal and grow from the experience and decided her fragrances would be inspired by and reflect that. Each fragrance was created with a feeling or emotion in mind that she wanted to be transferred through the product. Once she mastered that, it became her rebirth. She was now ReBourne, fearless and feeling the world was her oyster. Her life had a new purpose totally different than she'd ever imagined. The company name is inspired by her great grandmother Bourne as a homage to her grandmother whom raised her and her determination to share her story about how she started over again. The mission to help any person in the need of a mental transformation, whether it be from an accident or a bad day at work is what ReBourne stands by. With our collection you have the option to transform your space at any time.
