Soap Distillery is a small company founded by me, Danielle Martin back in 2012. I was inspired by a lack of diversity between scented soaps found at my local health food stores and decided to take things into my own hands. After teaching myself the ins and outs of soap making and cosmetic science, I began making my own soap. While drinking an Old Fashioned during a conversation about scent, I came up with the idea to scent my products like cocktails to truly stand out from the crowd. Now, several years later, Soap Distillery's small team of four creates a myriad of uniquely unisex scented products that our customers love. We take sustainability serious here, so you'll find most the products that I produce are plastic free. Our soap boxes are biodegradeable, and we do not use essential oils that are unsustainable to produce (think: sandalwood, palo santo, etc). Along with donating to local organizations like the Broadway Youth Center every year, we make sure that fun products like ours can also serve an important purpose, and a positive message to our fans and beyond!

I am Mary, the founder and handcrafter behind First Love Collection. My affinity for a more organic and natural lifestyle came in 2011 when I served as a military contractor in Afghanistan (yup, I kinda voluntarily did that!). While there, I had limited access to basic quality skin care products. In an effort provide my skin with what it deserved, I tapped into my creative curiosity and began to make whipped body butter. Through many days and nights of endless trial and error I created the perfect recipe that included Shea butter, virgin coconut oil, sweet almond oil and vitamin E. Once back stateside in 2013, I continued to provide friends and family with my beloved body butters. Inspired by John 4:19, 'We love because he first loved us', I named the company First Love Collection - a collection of God given, organic, natural elements combined with each other to provide our skin with the best nourishment and moisture possible. After gifting samples of my body butters as my wedding favors, I decided I wanted extend my reach to not only family and friends but to anyone who has an affinity for organic, handcrafted products. I opened my online shop in December 2013 and have since created a collection of body products that includes handmade soaps, natural bath salts, organic sugar scrubs and lip balm. This line of organic offerings is bound to please and soften your skin, naturally. Always enjoy the natural love of body.

Betty was our grandmother, she passed away from breast cancer in May 2013. She was a beautiful woman with an amazing spirit. She taught us to be strong, kind, and to never let anyone steal our joy. Brenda was our mother, she passed away from breast cancer in November 2019. She was always the life of the party and brought joy to anyone she was around. She taught us to work hard, to believe in yourself, and to always do your best. Betty & Brenda is a family owned and operated company that was established in 2020 based on a conversation we had with our mother. During her last few months, she said, “perhaps choosing to eat better, and using more natural products could have prevented this disease”, and that is what we are striving to do. Betty & Brenda works hard to provide quality products with quality ingredients. Our products are individually handmade and include natural ingredients, vegan options, and in cases where a preservative is required, we use one without formaldehyde. Our goal is to provide good for you products with natural ingredients that will help your skin; not harm it. This company is paying homage to our mother and grandmother, and to all women who have lost the battle with breast cancer. IT ALL STARTED WHEN…Brittany’s fiance gifted her a bouquet of beautiful pink roses for my birthday. As the weeks went by and they began to wilt, they still maintained their allure and she kept them in the vase on their dining table. Appreciating them daily, she decided that, instead of throwing them, she wanted to do something special with them. After exploring a few options, she resolved to make a rose petal sugar scrub. She gathered everything that she needed and went to work, creating it. She had so much fun with the process and the outcome was so beautifully divine, that she desired, at once, to share the magic with the world. SEED TO BLOOM ESSENTIALS was birthed from this experience. In BLOOM, Brittany’s self-published collection of poetry and prose, the chapters are Seed, Sprout, Grow, Bloom. The name SEED TO BLOOM was inspired by this. With Seed to Bloom, Brittany desires to offer delectable gifts that one can use to care for self as he or she journeys through this life. We are thrilled with the idea of you adding items that are handmade with love to your self-care rituals. We are eager to see you and your skin bloom.

Welcome to my shop. All my products are made on a small scale with the freshest ingredients. I use organic oils and butters for my soaps, creams and salves. All the sales proceeds are donated to my favorite foundation www.atcp.org to help find a cure for a genetic disorder my daughter suffers from. If you have any question, feel free to reach out. I began this shop when just one week before my 20th anniversary in advertising sales in corporate America, I left my job. I realized life was too short to be as miserable as I was so I left. Of course mortgage had to still be paid and I knew I wanted to do something more fulfilling, so I set up a handcrafted soap company. While making soap has been incredibly rewarding, it was only the beginning, so as more people began their journey into owning a handcrafted business, I knew soap wasn't my niche, but what I learned in the process, was using the healing powers of herbs and essential oils was, so I began brewing, and mixing and blending, and what began as just soap has now expanded into tinctures, elixirs, salves, body creams and herbal tea. And as my knowledge grows, I create new products with my final vision as being a one stop herbal apothecary to help you reconnect with the healing/cleansing power of nature.

Nautral Skin and Hair Care Products Blackwell’s Body Butter, is my small beauty care company that I'm beyond happy to share with you! Originally, it was never my intention to start a business, as I’ve always worked in the Customer Service and/or Restaurants and Breweries. About 6 years ago, I started crafting and experimenting with skincare recipes as a way to provide loving, meaningful and well thought out gifts to my friends and family to show them how much I care. I started making handmade gifts – body butters, shaving creams, lip balms, soaps etc. My fiancee, Keith, has been and continues to be an integral source of inspiration for all of my products. Keith has fibromyalgia and so many products (skincare, beauty, cleaning, etc) contain fragrance allergens and artificial carriers that trigger his pain response, causing anything from migraines and nausea to flulike symptoms. I started ditching chemically composed skin an hair care products in lieu of carefully researched brands with more organic components, but still had trouble finding him products that he could safely use. I eventually shifted my crafting towards creating these items for ourselves, making recipes free of sulfates, parabens etc, instead focusing on nut butters and oils and essential oils for scent. I found it to be immensely fulfilling to provide useful gifts for my beau while expressing my creativity and DIY spirit. I’m proud to say that he and others in his family with the disorder can safely use my products! Like I mentioned before, it was never my idea to build this crafting love into a business. It didn’t conceptualize until I was invited by a friend and co-worker to participate in a holiday market being held at the brewery for which we work.
