The company was inspired by the founder's mother, Jacquelyn Marie LaPierre. She was a woman who embodied elegance and class loved to polish and take care of her nails. For years, she created many fond memories with her daughter, over a bottle of nail polish. In 2013, LaPierre was diagnosed with lung cancer and was limited to the brands of nail polish she could use. Shortly after, her daughter created a '7 FREE' brand that LaPierre could use, while also creating a legacy.

Legend for Skin Care is an all natural luxury skin care line that is dedicated to offering the best quality, organic products across the world. The company was started by owner Alessica Pryor who struggled from acne and hyper pigmentation all of her life. In search of a natural solution she was inspired to create her own skin care line. Sharing her research and tips with others led her to start her own brand. The name of the company is inspired by her first born son, Legend, and the rest is history.
