HELLO, MY NAME IS KIMBERLY, KHOLMES. Born and raised in New Orleans, now living in Dallas, Kimberly Holmes creates hand mixed vegan nail polish @relaunchnailpolish. After ending an almost 8 year roller coaster ride of a relationship, this single mom realized far too much time was allowed to pass without living the life she knew she deserved. Knowing she needed to be an example of a whole and complete woman for her daughter and for herself, Kimberly needed a full Relaunch back into the joyful, colorful life, as she once knew it to be. Through her own experiences, Kimberly recognized so many appear well put together on the outside, yet remain a “beautiful mess” on the inside. From this revelation, Relaunch Nail Polish was born. Having a semblance to the lives we all live at some point, nail polish can be worn alone, switched out, or mixed up. It can be bright, toned down and subtle, or kicked up a notch. It can change with the seasons or stay constant for a while. Is this not the same as our lives? Ever changing colors. So many changes; so many colors to try. Some we’ve put on hold until we feel it’s just right. Some colors we simply put to the back because of uncertainty or even fear. Whatever the reason, it is my hope you get a sense of the colors you can live out loud, just as I am now doing.
