My name is Abenaa Brew & I am the cosmetic chemist & owner of Hair Brew. Hair Brew is a handmade, clean beauty line dedicated to improving the health of hair, skin & beards using plant based ingredients. Hair Brew was never intended to be a business. I started formulating out of my personal need for quality products that would heal my damaged hair & would be safe to use on my eczema prone skin. With encouragement from friends & family who experienced the benefits of the products firsthand, I decided to start the business & Hair Brew was born. Using my science expertise, first obtained as a Biology major at Hampton University then working in R & D for 19 years within the cosmetic industry, I conducted the necessary research & formulated a line of products that has resulted in successful results for men, women & children.
