Frères Branchiaux Candle Co. is an artisanal candle company based in Washington, DC created and managed by 3 brothers, Collin (14), Ryan (12), and Austin Gill (9). In October 2017, the young Gill brothers wanted more allowance to purchase video games. Mama and Dad Gill told them that they had maxed out their toy allowance and to either “get a job or start a business” if they wanted more money. They decided to start a business. Mama Gill attended a candle-making workshop and then taught the brothers. They now combine their own scents with the finest fragrance oils, hand pour each candle in small batches, and have even added accessories such as room sprays and diffusers. Our goal is to create quality candles that everyone can afford. Everyone deserves the comforts of fragrant candles to uplift their mood and beautify their homes. Frères Branchiaux candles and home fragrances help savvy, eco-conscious consumers who want to beautify and enhance their environments with lush and unique fragrances that are vegan affordable luxury. Our products are made in small batches, hand poured, hand packaged, and curated with care. The candles, room sprays, diffusers, soy melts, and soaps are the brainchild of Collin, Ryan, and Austin Gill--3 brothers under the age of 15 who decided to create a business to earn their own money. As well as earning money, they donate 10% of their profits to area DC homeless shelters. Our motto is Smell It, Light It, Love It!
