1 star because the products are really good but it’s been 30 days and I still have not got order. And it will be my last order indeed. The service is horrible, they don’t respond to emails about non-received products. Just nothing! I’m so shocked and I purchased $69.48 worth of products. They took my money but 30 days later no products still… ridiculous! Don’t patronize them!! Buy from Herb’n Eden in Georgia!
Horrible customer service. I was a repeat customer, initially to support a black business. However after my 4th purchase and being dissatisfied, (the product smelled terrible) I reached out to customer service. I had also made 2 other purchases with my order, by the way. Customer service said you received what you ordered, so we will not issue a replacement or refund. They have lost me as a customer. Extremely dissatisfied in how they choose to conduct business. I suggest not giving them your money.
Great product… extremely poor customer service. Very bad attitude, no accountability. 2 orders were messed up. They received the order, Money debited from my account no product delivered on one order, the other never shipped from company after waiting 10 days. They will ignore social media inquiries but update account with recent photos of trips and baby showers paid for with your money and not ship order. Buyer beware.. run from Bombd Aesthetics.

If I could rate this a -1 I would I made a purchase on 12/11/23 receive a confirmation email that my products was in its way. USPS states they’re still awaiting package. I contacted them (Bomb Aesthetics/ lovebombd.com) 4x via email and on their social media accounts and did not receive a response. It has now been officially a month and I have not received my order. *** DO NOT PATRONIZE*** you might receive your order and you might not…. And they wonder why people hate supporting small black owned businesses
